Being a respected rap lyricist means you could wake up with inspo with any kind of song, even with a Gospel twist. Khaligraph Jones has depicted just that.
The rapper posted a short clip of him singing a popular Gospel song and asked fans if he should turn it into an official song. He, while at it, snuck a sneak beat of it and the accompanying beat and vocal arrangement sounds like something straight out of a Kirk Franklin record.
Perhaps unbeknownst to him was that the miniature clip would amass so much appeal , with more than 300, 000 views and more than 6000 comments, many of them asking to turn it into an official song. Well, say less, the rapper must have whispered to himself, we would imagine, given his latest post.
“Too much love, it’s official: song drops on Friday 21/01/2022, a perfect foundation for Invisible Currency which I still think y’all ain’t ready for,” he wrote, alluding that the new release will give a glimpse into his upcoming LP, Invisible Currency.
