Kevin Hart beats Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock in Highest Paid Comedians

American comedian Kevin Hart is one of the highest paid comedians of 2018 according to Forbes.

Hart, 39, came in second on Forbes’ World’s Highest-Paid Comedians of 2018 list, with total earnings of $57 million. The comedian who lives by the mantra live, love, laugh posted on Instagram saying that he was honored to be listed by Forbes alongside talented comedians.

He came in just $500,000 behind reigning King of Comedy Jerry Seinfeld. Seinfeld has topped the list every year since it began in 2006, with the exception of 2016, when Hart raked in more money.

The “Night School” actor stepped down from his gig hosting the Academy Awards earlier this month, after a series of homophobic tweets he posted years ago emerged. His replacement has still not been announced.
