Famed wrestler and actor John Cena is one heck of a man. And Sho Madjozi just put him on.
Tall, broody and immensely talented John Cena is not one to be on social media or attend interviews but for Ellen; anything. John Cena received a private dance tutorial from one of America’s biggest hop hop dancers Stephen Laurel “tWitch” Boss. In the video that has now gone viral, Cena seemed stiff and uncoordinated as tWitch gave some simple moves to execute. Cena would lose his rhythm every time he got excited, but his energy was A1 all through.
Among the moves in the routine included the classic’ John Cena -You Can’t See Me’ move.
And it was hilarious.
South Africa’s break out star for 2019 has been on several highs this year including having Cena bust a move to her winning release. Elated by the video, Sho Madjozi took to Twitter saying, ” Woahhhh!! Ellen DeGeneres really found John Cena and got him to dance to #JohnCena!!”

The #JohnCena dance challenge went viral after the release of the track. As earlier reported by The Sauce, the 27-year-old stopped by the ‘A Colors Show’ studios in Berlin, Germany in August. In front of a turquoise backdrop, the artist performed her new song ‘John Cena’.
With her personality shining through, she slid throughout the performance with the customary vigor that is now synonymous to the artist. Obeying the gqom beat’s orders, Madjozi gyrated, showing off her personality, light footedness and impressed with her Swahili rap prowess.
Sho Madjozi finally officially launched the audio version of the ‘John Cena’ track on 27th August and fans were more than grateful. Maybe the official video will see Sho Madjozi and John Cena do the dance challenge together?
Here’s hoping.
