Capital FM is looking to hire an Account Manager.
The prospective Account Manager is set to join the Capital Interactive Agency (CIA). CIA is is an arm of Capital FM that handles all Below the Line (BTL) activities for both its advertisers and corporate clients. As a team, we create, develop, manage and execute all on-ground activations for our clients.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising to support brand growth for our respective advertising clients.
Client Relationship Management – Build and sustain a strong work relationship with the portfolio of clients they manage.
Ideator – Delivers innovative and strategic commercial solutions that balance clients and business values. Both for traditional and digital platforms.
Teamwork – Build strong work teams across different key business functions -Creatives/Designers/Operations/Sales.
Research – Maintain knowledge of industry trends and audience solutions product enhancements.
Presentations – Well-spoken and excellent at making presentations capped with great negotiation skills for deal closing.
2-3 years’ experience in an SME marketing agency.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any Social Sciences.
Working towards professional qualifications in Marketing.
A good understanding of digital advertising.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results both independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Excellent vendor management.
A proactive personality with the ability to identify and challenge themselves.
A love for brands and building them.
