George The Street Kid is here and is making a big splash with his latest collab. It is time to take note world.
The track dubbed ‘Corona’ is a short music release that saw George, Masauti and beautiful songstress Chuchu work together with a great message for Kenyans in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak.
The track is well produced by the Permanent Presidential Music Commission, and is probably the most entertaining local corona-inspired track to be released. Their voices are in harmony and each one has had a chance to shine in this government-approved release. This only goes to show that the trio of Masauti, Chuchu and George The Street Kid have major talent.
The track that has been released under the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and Heritage, even features Ambassador Amina Mohamed. The Minister joins the artists in urging Kenyans to maintain social distancing to flatten the curve and the rate of infection.
According to recent reports on Capital News, the Ministry of Health Monday 23rd March confirmed one more positive coronavirus case, raising the caseload in the country to 16.
Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said the person who has tested positive was among contacts traced from the 8 new cases confirmed on Sunday. A total of 646 people who came into contact with confirmed cases have been traced by health officials working in collaboration with county governments.
Congratulations to George the Street kid for this major tune.
