It has been a bittersweet year for Otile Brown aka Badman Shivo’s personal life, but what has really stood out is his music.
Otile’s year has been marred by one scandalous story after another, especially due to his relationship with socialite Vera Sidika with whom he has had a turbulent relationship with. The “Alivyonipenda” has been labeled a ‘gold digger’ and ‘woman eater’. He is allegedly been in a relationships with various women including Vera for monetary gain, a public fued that was further fuelled by the exposed screenshots of him borrowing 500k to buy a car.
Other than that Otile did not come to play when it came to his music because he has released music, one after the other all year long. Just yesterday 17th December 2018, he released a brand new jam titled “Samantha” which has already garnered over 45,000 views on Youtube and counting only three days after another release “Niende“.
Badman Shivo also dropped “Nobody” just after his latest breakup with Vera last month and “Niacheni” which sought to explain his side of the story after he first broke up with the socialite turned businesswoman. Other 2018 releases include; “Hi”, “Tamu Sana” ft Tanzanian Shetta, “Nikupe Nini” ft Aslay, “Baby Love” a love song featuring his then-girlfriend Vera Sidika which has amassed over 5.9 million views, and the 2018 hit song “Chaguo La Moyo” ft Sanaipei Tande which has over 10 million views since its release on the 5th of April 2018.
To top it all off, Otile Brown has performed at various events around the country and even gone international with a performance in Frankfurt, Germany. Many might have lots to say about Brown’s personal life, however, his work ethic has definitely carried him through 2018, establishing as one of Kenya’s best.
