Netflix and chill this Chrismas break.
Christmas is finally upon us and what better activity than to Netflix and chill with a good Christmas movie, family, great food and drinks?
So, during this Christmas break, here are four 2018 Christmas movies to watch on Netflix to get you into that holiday spirit.
1.The Princess Switch
What do you get when you mix too-pretty-to-eat confections with two pretty “High school musical” actress Vanessa Hudgens? This Netflix original about a bakeshop owner who heads to a far-off land for a baking competition meets her doppelgänger, and the icing on the cake wins the heart of a prince.
2. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding
Becoming a royal: definitely, a timely subject, as we all just watched former “Suits” actress Meghan Markle become the Duchess of Sussex earlier this year. Another trend? Netflix Christmas originals. Last year, we met Amber, an undercover reporter who finds love abroad with a prince. Here, we see the two say “I do.”
3. The Holiday Calendar
Forget the stale cheese, wine, and chocolate Advent calendars of your childhood. The magical day tracker in Bradley Walsh’s heart-warmer dishes out gifts, love, and opportunity to a deserving photographer waiting for her big break. Familiar faces include “Vampire Diaries” star Kat Graham, Rap mogul Diddy’s stepson and “Star” actor Quincy Jones and Ron Cephas Jones.
4. The Christmas Chronicles
An adventure fantasy about a pair of siblings who pal around with Santa on Christmas Eve, this one has Harry Potter and Home Alone chimney cred working behind the scenes (same producers, that is) and stars Kurt Russell with one of the best silver beards the genre has ever seen.
