Edulink College links Kenyan students to UK’s University of Northampton

The Kenya Commission for University Education (CUE) has granted The University of Northampton, UK, authority to collaborate with Edulink International College Nairobi (EICN). The EICN will now offer a range of University of Northampton Business programmes at Foundation and Undergraduate levels beginning September 2016 at its Nairobi Campus.

The Edulink International College will help Kenyan students achieve their educational goals by offering quality UK Degrees from The University of Northampton at its Nairobi Campus. Students and their families will also reap further benefits by studying in Nairobi by eliminating the need for overseas travel and greatly reduced financial and psychological costs that overseas education incurs.

Edulink International College offers much more than just a quality UK degree in Kenya. It has now brought its UK partner’s unique approach to social development and global standard of producing exceptionally employable graduates to East African community, via its Nairobi Campus.

Following the CUE approval Edulink CEO, Dr. Misho Ravic, expressed appreciation to the Commission for its recognition of the Edulink’s efforts to support the attainment of Kenya Vision 2030 development strategy by investing in country’s education sector.

“Collaboration with strong academic partners is the key to Edulink success. Our mission is to deliver world-class higher education to developing communities around the world. We make this possible by making access to quality University qualifications open to all and enabling our students to obtain an internationally recognized qualification from a quality UK university at home,” Dr.Ravic added.

Edulink’s future strategy includes worldwide expansion of its existing educational network. Kenya is the latest project in this plan whose aim is to advance educational levels of East African Community (EAC) and make the local workforce regionally and globally competitive in line with current industry demands.
