King Kaka has come out to speak on mental health.
On a recent YouTube upload on his channel, King Kaka spoke frankly about the increase in mental health cases in Kenya. The “Promised Land” rapper known for his business acumen, is among the growing number of public personas expressing concern over the poor mental state of the nation. According to WHO, 4% of the world’s population at any one time is struggling with depression.
In the upload, Kaka aka Rabbit also addressed the most recent suicide of friend and fellow rapper HHP. The South African rapper passed away, only for his child’s mother to pass away from ill health only days later. The rapper struggled with depression, taking a very public break from the limelight to focus on his family and health.
