Talking about the release, the Sol Generation signee noted “PEDDI is the fourth and final Qwarantune that I am writing during this period.” Other recent releases from Bensoul include ‘No Kisses,’ ‘Salama’ and ‘Forget You’.

The song done in Kikuyu is a nice urban record that clearly shows that music traverses all boundaries even if you do not understand the Kikuyu language you will still enjoy the music. As earlier reported on The Sauce, Ayrosh is a singer/songwriter with an uncanny sense of humor and a knack for storytelling. His music is an ode to home, the African continent and a blend of genres: R&B, Afro beats, and Mugithi, which he packages as “Folk Fusion.”
