Daystar University enters new frontier with Law Degree offering

Daystar University is now offering a Bachelor of Laws degree programme.

Approved by the Commission of Legal Education (CLE); the law degree program offered by Daystar can be completed in 4 to 6 years. With classes beginning on the 3rd of September, the students who enroll in the program are also set to benefit from international legal practice exposure of a 3-month internship outside of Kenya.

Daystar University, a Christian-based institution has over 40 years of excellence. It has a proven track record of real transformation with more than 17,000 graduates in the marketplace across the globe. The Law program will also include training in emerging fields such as  Intellectual Property Rights and Media and Communications Law. Students will also enjoy access to a modern, digitized and state-of-the-art moot court and a fully resourced and digitized law library; computer labs and student discussion rooms.

In times when graduates are required to be resourceful, Daystar’s program equips students with the skillset to take on positions such as a state counsel, county legal officer, advocate and even legal consultancy in private companies.
