‘Cattle Farmer’ Ringtone put on blast as community restrictions revealed to be fake

Singer Ringtone was warned over rearing cows in Karen, or so we thought.

Kenyan gospel singer is always on the news for all the wrong reasons from denying that he impregnated a ‘girlfriend’ of his a couple of years ago, losing a by-election in Kitutu Masaba in 2011, to being accused of not paying rent for his Karen home, the “Tenda Wema” singer has recently been causing trouble at his area of residence.

Ringtone, whose real name is Alex Apoko, was yesterday (26.02.19) served with a rather hilarious letter from his community’s chairman after his neighbors complained about his not-so-Karen behavior raising cattle in the posh residential estate, according to a post on his social media account. It has now been discovered that the said letter is actually fake, and an attempt to remain relevant.

In the letter, Ringtone has been expressly told that his neighbors find his habit of raising and keeping cattle in Karen unacceptable and that they will be seeking legal redress if he does not comply with the rules and regulations of Karen Community Residence Association. However, it was discovered that the Karen Community Residence Association does not exist.

The letter also reveals that Ringtone has over 40 cows that he keeps at his Karen farm and that’s causing a lot of headaches to neighbors who are not pleased with his new venture.

Ringtone responded to the letter on Instagram saying he is not afraid of the residents association and that he was ready for court because his cows have not trespassed on his neighbors’ properties. He added that this was a ploy to block the poor from being rich.

The supposed letter was apparently crafted by the chairman of the residents association James Hirst. However, in a strange turn, the letter appears to praise the Gospel singer and fawn over his ‘celebrity status’ in a very laughable way adding that they love his music.

Ringtone is always full of antics and he started off the year with a bang after taking to Instagram to attack his fellow Gospel artists and even addressed the Bahati and Mr. Seed fallout.
