Career Climb: Lapid Leaders Africa launches young executives program

Lapid Leaders Africa has launched an accelerated program for young executives. The leadership program dubbed Ladips Young Executives  Program (LYEP) was created to help young executives to learn the leadership skills required to move up the career ladder.

The program structured as a fast-track to leadership offers one-on-one mentorship, executive coaching with highly experienced experts. Targeted at those who have worked for more than 3 years, the program provides an opportunity for discovering authentic leadership, emotional intelligence,  and leadership brand-building. For anyone who has struggled to elevate their career, a new take on personal growth and career advancement is essential to success.

The 4-day program is slated to begin on the 9th of August 2018. The admission is highly competitive and spots are reserved on first-come-basis.
