Nigerian artist Burna Boy returns with a new jam titled ‘Anybody’.
On ‘Anybody’, the ‘African Giant’ sends a message to the naysayers, reminding them that “respect is reciprocal,” and that he has no time for enemies.
The track, produced by Rexxie, features a smooth saxophone riff and rhythmic percussion making the song another one fit for the dance floor.
The video sees the ‘On The Low’ hitmaker in a number of colorful settings, including a trippy glow-in-the-dark room, where his face can be seen with striking neon decorations. In other parts of the video, Burna Boy is dressed sharply and joined by dancers as he hits the zanku.
‘Anybody’ is currently trending on YouTube and has already garnered over one million views so far.
Burna Boy has had a busy year so far. He released the singles ‘Dangote’ and ‘Killin Dem’ earlier this year. In March, the artist became the first Nigerian musician to sell out the Apollo, and in April the artist represented Africa at the Coachella Festival as reported by The Sauce.
He released the joint EP ‘Steel & Copper’ with producer duo DJDS in March and has hinted at the release of his next album, ‘African Giant’ sometime this year.
