1.Big Bang Theory
The lives of four socially awkward friends, Leonard, Sheldon, Howard, and Raj, take a wild turn when they meet the beautiful and free-spirited Penny. Where we see their interest in comic books, play nerdy games, and science. And has the highest-paid TV Actor Jim Parsons who played the character, Sheldon Cooper. The show made about 1B dollars for Warner Bros. After ‘Big Bang Theory’ Chuck Lorre the producer created Young Sheldon a pre-sequel based on Sheldon Cooper started in 2017 and continues up to date. It received an 8.1 rating in IMDB.
2.How I Met Your Mother
Ted Mosby, an architect, recounts to his children the events that led him to meet their mother. His journey is made more eventful by the presence of his friends Lily, Marshall, Robin, and Barney. We find out the crazy adventures they go on as he tries to find the love of his life. It got an 8.3 rating on IMDB. And by the last season, Neil Patrick Harries was being paid about 400,000 dollars per episode making him the highest-paid actor according to Forbes at the time of the show. A spinoff called How I met your father was created by CBS but it never aired.
3.Friends
Follow the lives of six reckless adults living in Manhattan, as they indulge in adventures which make their lives both troublesome and happening. Joey, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, Rachel, and Ross will keep you laughing. By season 10 the six main characters earned $1M each. And up to date, the cast is still being paid royalties and it is still the most popular on Tv up to date. It has a rating of 8.9 on IMDB. They also created a pre-sequel, Joey based on Joey that ended after two seasons.
4. 2 Broke Girls
Max and Caroline, two girls in their mid-twenties, work at a Brooklyn restaurant as waitresses. Together, they dream of starting up their cupcake business but always find themselves without money. One is a rich kid whose father goes to prison and has to try and fit into a normal person’s lifestyle and the other one has been scrapping for cash since she was born and must learn to leave with each other. It has a rating of 6.7 on IMDB. It ran for about seven seasons. But was canceled in 2017.
5. 2 & a Half Men
Charlie Harper is a jingle writer who leads a hedonistic, carefree life. Everything changes when his good-for-nothing brother, Alan, and 10-year-old nephew, Jake, move into his Malibu beach house. It received a 7.0 rating on IMDB. But after Charlie Sheen had a falling out with Chuck Lorre and he was replaced in Season 8 by Ashton Kutcher the ratings fell through. By the last season, the highest-paid actor Ashton Kutcher was paid 200 million dollars and Jon Cryer who played Allan was paid $65M.
