#HelpKenyaNotKanye heats up on Twitter

According to an article on USA Today College, Kenya deserves more help than Kanye. On Feb. 15, Kanye West posted on Twitter that he’s $53 million in debt. In subsequent Tweets, he asked for Mark Zuckerberg’s aid by requesting a $1 billion investment in “the greatest living artist and greatest artist of all time.”

While West claims to be struggling, many fans aren’t buying it.

One particular fan, Gabriel Ferrer, has created Help Kenya, not Kanye — a website dedicated to helping deserving children in Africa.

“Kanye West is 53 million in debt and asking for help. He’s gone as far as saying he deserves it more than children in Africa. As a fan, that’s where I draw the line. If you really want a GOOD Friday, help Kenya not Kanye.” Ferrer says on the website, citing two tweets Kanye posted.
