LONDON, September 21- Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin believes he made the right decision to join the north London club and intends to stay at the Emirates Stadium.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bellerin joined the Gunners from Spanish giants Barcelona in 2013 and enjoyed a breakout season in the Premier League, ousting then first-choice right back Mathieu Debuchy and helping the side to their second consecutive FA Cup title.<\/p>\n

Having now established himself in the starting 11, the 20-year-old is keen to continue his development under Arsene Wenger and has no intention of leaving the club anytime soon.<\/p>\n

“It has paid off,” Bellerin told Revista de La Liga<\/em>. “I am very happy with the decision I made. It was hard, but I always say the train comes just once and you either take it or you don’t.<\/p>\n

“I took it and I am very happy with the opportunity Arsenal have given me and very happy to be in the position I am in today. I’ve always said the reason I came to Arsenal is because I want to stay here and I am not thinking about going anywhere else,” he concluded.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
