LONDON, United Kingdom, Aug 22 – Daniel Ricciardo and his soon-to-be Red Bull replacement Pierre Gasly will attend Thursday’s driver press conference at the Belgian GP.
Ricciardo, who according to Helmut Marko told Red Bull he would re-sign only to instead agree a deal with Renault, will face the media along with his replacement.
They’ll be joined by Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz, two other drivers making big moves.
Alonso has announced he’s leaving Formula 1 at the end of this season with McLaren confirming Sainz as his replacement.
Their press conference will be followed by one involving Marcus Ericsson, Lance Stroll, Stoffel Vandoorne and Max Verstappen.
The first press conference begins at 3pm local time.
Friday’s line up sees Red Bull team boss Christian Horner sitting down with Renault’s Cyril Abiteboul and McLaren sporting boss Gil de Ferran.
