LONDON, United Kingdom, Aug 14 – Petr Cech’s day went from bad to worse on Sunday afternoon when he reportedly crashed his car.
The goalkeeper was powerless to prevent Arsenal losing their first game of the season, conceding four goals in Arsenal’s 4-3 defeat to Liverpool.
A matter of hours following the end of the game at the Emirates, reports emerged that the Czech Republic keeper had crashed his vehicle in trying to leave the Emirates.
Arsenal have so far failed to confirm whether the photographs are genuine, but the pictures come from NBC Sports editor, Joe Prince-Wright.

The damage to the car did not appear to be significant, but one witness claimed the car was ‘a write off.’
Today’s just got a lot worse for Petr Cech, who’s driven his car into a pillar on the car park. Looks a write-off.

Arsenal were booed from the pitch by the Emirates crowd after going 4-1 down in the second half.
Goals from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers restored some pride for the Gunners, but they were unable to salvage a point in a dismal opening day for Arsene Wenger.
“We are not ready physically,” said Wenger.
The Arsenal manager remained bullish when questioned on his perceived lack of activity in the transfer market saying “I have said many times we are working very hard to get one or two players in.”
