BERLIN, January 26- Outgoing Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola says he needs new challenges to test himself as a manager and continue his development.
The 45-year-old announced late last year that he would leave the Allianz Arena at the end of the season to seek a move to the English Premier League.
Guardiola has yet to reveal which club he will join, but says he is looking forward to forging new rivalries and become better as a coach.
“You’ve done everything after three, four years [at a club],” he told Sport1 at a PR Event in Munich.
“You need enemies to get better. And you need new challenges to get better, always new challenges.”
The Spaniard admitted he has several offers from England and has been heavily linked with a move to the Manchester City.
