STOCKHOLM, June 16- Swedish and Paris Saint-Germain star Zlatan Ibrahimovic will soon launch his own eponymous fragrance, he announced Tuesday on Twitter, illustrating his message with the new scent’s logo.
“A sneak preview of something I’ve been working on for the past 2 years. Something I’m very proud of,” the PSG striker wrote above a picture of the logo for “Zlatan Ibrahimovic Parfums”: a fish and a feather — with the initials M and V in the feather, for his sons Maximilian and Vincent — forming a circle.
The fish and feather are copies of two of Ibrahimovic’s tattoos.
“The brand has one foot in the perfume capital of Paris and the other in his native country Sweden,” a press release said.
The PR firm handling the launch refused to provide any other details, saying more information would be released “later in June.”
Ibrahimovic will not be the first footballer to have his own fragrance: both David Beckham and Cristian Ronaldo already have their own.
