At least he is thinking about it and saying something. The disease is killing more people than AIDS in Kenya. Is there a single family that has not been hit? 8 out of the 10 people I know who have died the last 2 years have been killed by cancer. Yet it remains a personal and family problem to deal with. What are governments for?
Its true, The disease is killing a lot of people, Other than the road accident and the alcohol related pandemic cancer is killing more people than AIDS, TB, Malaria combined. One wonders whether this has just started or it was as a result of change in what we eat or breath in the polluted environment we are now living in. I’m surprised that even in the rural areas where water and air pollution effect are not as high is registering high cancer mortality rate.
