In a culture where relativity has greyed every facet of conduct, it’s sad and even a shame that we have to re-learn the basics all over again. My boss doesnt dictate how his employees address him, he seems to care less, however i dare not forget we arent playing in the same league inspite of his friendly nature, i therefore address him as ‘Sir’ because i think he deserves the title.
Now this reminds me of a young customer care rep at one of the airtel shop who picked a phone in-front of me (a customer) in the middle of my inquiry, she talked and talked , I waited for her to finish in no vain until I stopped her and told her you do not do that to a customer?
