Wanyama ‘linked’ with pop singer Victoria

WANYAMA-VALERIEGLASGOW, Scotland, June 7- Never mind the Beckhams, Celtic star Victor Wanyama could soon be one half of a new golden couple after being snapped cuddling Africa’s hottest pop queen.

The rumour mill went into overdrive when Kenyan stunner and rapper Bamboo’s sister Victoria Kimani was spotted with the £10million-rated Hoops midfielder at a pop party in Nairobi this week.

News of their meeting has sparked speculation on African websites that the pair could be their answer to Posh and Becks.

Wanyama, 21, captained Harambee Stars in their 1-0 defeat to Nigeria on Wednesday.

He is believed to have travelled to Nairobi early to be with Kimani at a showbiz bash held by her record label.

The player was pictured with his arm around flame-haired Victoria who is also linked to rapper CMB Prezzo.

In another shot, the Hoops star is seen handing the singer a Celtic top with his number on it as she performs wearing a leather catsuit in front of thousands of fans.

The relationship surfaced after she put the photos on Instagram and twitter.

Victoria has taken Africa by storm with hits including Mtoto, Ayaya, Whoa and Oya.
