Ulinzi to meet Karuturi in Top 8

NAIROBI, Kenya, March 2- Defending Kenya Premier League champions Ulinzi have been drawn with Karuturi in the inaugural money spinning Top Eight tournament.The soldiers will face off with James Nandwa’s side on April 6 under the Nyayo National Stadium floodlights.

Tusker and Western Stima will open the event when they play on March 9th while Sofapaka take on Sony Sugar the following week on March 16.

Gor Mahia will take on Mathare United on March 30.

The semi finals will be played at the same venue over a two leg series starting on April 13 while the final takes place on May 25th.

The winner stands to get Sh1 million.

1.    Tusker v Western Stima ( March 9)
2.    Sofapaka v Sony Sugar (March 16)
3.    Gor Mahia v Mathare United (March 30)
4.    Ulinzi Stars v Karuturi Sports (April 6)
