NAIROBI, Kenya, January 31- The Kenya Cricket arrived in Dubai on Sunday night to start preparations for their Cricket World Cup campaign.
Eldine Baptiste’s side will be in the Emirates until February 9 where they will be attending a series of training sessions organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
The team will be taken through their paces at the Global Cricket Academy and afterwards will be feted by the sports governing body with dinner.
Ireland, Netherlands and Zimbabwe are also in Dubai to prepare for the tournament that will take place in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka.
Last week, the team signed a sponsorship deal with Karuturi Global for the duration of one year.
Kenya is in Group A alongside defending champions Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.
