SALT LAKE CITY, January 27 – Manu Ginobili had 26 points, seven assists and Tony Parker finished with 23 as the San Antonio Spurs withstood a late rally Wednesday to defeat the Utah Jazz 112-105.

Parker also had six assists while Richard Jefferson scored 14 for the Spurs, who won their 10th in their last 11 games.

Tim Duncan and Gary Neal each had 13 as the Spurs improved to a franchise-best 39-7 record after 46 games.

There are just five clubs in National Basketball Association history who have had better records than San Antonio at this stage of the regular season.

Deron Williams had a game-high 39 points for Utah, who lost their sixth straight game.

Al Jefferson had 22 points and CJ Miles added 13 for the Jazz.

Williams scored 12 in the third quarter but Ginobili added 12 of his own in the third as San Antonio stretched their lead to 10 points heading into the fourth quarter.
