Bendtner to miss Euro tie after crash

LONDON, September 29 – Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner will miss Tuesday's Champions League tie against Olympiakos after he was involved in a car accident.BENDTNER_ARMS_Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, speaking at a press conference on Monday, revealed Denmark international Bendtner suffered a minor crash on Sunday.

"Nicklas did not practise because he had a car accident on Sunday," Wenger said.

"Fortunately there was no real long-term damage, but he was bruised and we thought it better he did not train. He should be back for Sunday’s game (against Blackburn)."

Bendtner, 21, was driving along the A1 towards South Mimms when his car left the road.

It is understood no other vehicle was involved in the incident and a Hertfordshire police spokesman said: "We were called at 10.15am to a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision.

"A black Aston Martin vehicle had left the road. The driver was not seriously injured."

Wenger will also be without Brazilian midfielder Denilson, who faces up to two months on the sidelines with a fracture to his back.

Goalkeeper Manuel Almunia is still troubled by the chest infection, so young Italian Vito Mannone will continue in his place.

It’s not ‘teenage love’ as some people like to put it, it’s real love, and those vampires in the Cullen family are very special – quite admirable actually.

May I point out an important confusion in the article?
An ‘immortal child’ is a human child who has been turned into a vampire by being bitten by a vampire; frozen at that too young age, not growing any more, he or she is not able to control their new vampire nature and cannot be taught to do so and to be discrete, so they endanger all the other vampires by making the reality of their species’ existence too obvious. So they must be destroyed as soon as they are discovered. The Volturi took care of having them killed every time some were found to exist. But the child of Bella and Edward is a completely different case: she is a hybrid, half-human by her mother (who was still human during her honeymoon) and half-vampire by her father. So she is growing (very fast even!!!) and can very much learn the necessary discretion. She understands already that she herself is special, and that her vampire family and werewolves friends are not like the other people but only pretend to be humans so as not to get into trouble with ordinary humans who would get scared of them, not knowing that they are actually very nice. The fact that Renesmee (named after her two grand-mas, Renee and Esme).is NOT an ‘immortal child’ will be extremely important, as it will have to be proven to the Volturi when they will come to kill her… and the whole Cullen family too if possible, except for those who have a special gift and would be forced by the Volturi to join them.
