Take 6 With Taylor: Jurassic World

After more than 15 years since we last saw a Spinosauraus and a group of Velociraptors wreck havoc in Isla Sorna aka Jurassic Park III, Steven Spielberg, Amblin Entertainment and Universal Pictures have decided to thrill fans once again with their latest installment of the Jurassic Park franchise titled Jurassic World.

Dropping on June 12th in theaters worldwide, director Collin Trevorrow takes a huge bite in the dinosaur adventure series by reuniting old cats such as BD Wong and Spielberg for this fourth chapter based on Michael Crichton’s famous 1990 Novel.

Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Howard Dallas and Vincent D’ Onofrio, Jurassic World veers off the usual ”I’m stuck on an island with Dinosaurs theme” and concentrates on a brand new concept that see’s it as a new reboot to the franchise.

With a budget of $180 million dollars, Jurassic World takes place on site B also known as Isla Nubla and focuses on a team of young scientists who work for a rich billionaire called Simon Masrani played by Bollywood legend (Irrfan Khan) who hires a young scientist played by (Dallas) and a burly ex-marine (Pratt) to take down a new genetically modified Dino that has run loose in the new park.

We are not so sure whether this new reboot will pack a punch like its previous predecessors but with a multi talented cast and script such as this, we can only cross our fingers and hope for a sick thriller.

Below is a small preview of the film that features Pratt and Dallas talking park things.

Jurassic World opens in cinemas on June 12th in Imax format and also stars Ty Simpkins and Jake Johnson.
