Madden Brother’s Take A Hiatus Off ‘Good Charlotte’ For 2014 Solo Project!


Is it just us or is 2014 bringing out the best out of Rockstars?

Rock and Roll Legends Joel and Benji Madden (Good Charlotte) have dropped some super news for there fans.

It turns out that the ‘Sex On The Radio’ hit makers have announced details in regards to a new project dubbed The Madden Brothers.

Before you freak out or assume it will be a flop then it’s far from flop, the brothers have taken a slight hiatus off ‘GC’ to work on there very first single titled ‘We Are Done’ as a duo.

The record will be off there Upcoming debut album titled ‘Greetings From California’ which is scheduled for release come October 7th through there record label Capitol Records.

According to a statement via there official website,

Benji was quoted as saying,

“The idea was to not hide behind a band name or a genre, but rather to write some songs, and find someone to record them and help us deliver the truest picture of who we are musically.”

Meanwhile the brothers are busy prepping for a mini tour across the US in preparations to the album slated for October 7th.
