Confessions of Sanaipei Tande #TheGrill

While unfortunately she was overdressed for the The Grill interview, we were able to hide our collective disappointment long enough to conduct this interview with Sanaipei Tande. Check out the video below…

  1. Media Bill 2013 is NOT about regulating the media. Its about moral and behaviorial issues. I say that because jubilee just came to power and found extremely pressing issues awaiting them. Unfortunately, media was none of those. And to make matters worse, they have never touched those issues that count most. Those are insecurity, unemployment, high cost of living, etc. These are among high value items that seem to have escaped Uhuruto’s major concerns. If anything, they have only made life a living hell for most Kenyans!

The question is: why are they so much in hurry to silence every other institution that doesnt sing their tune? Already judiciary is under unapologetic massive attack! Of course, the guys are extremely afraid ICC cases might go terribly wrong. They are thus, in hasty to make sure whatever the case, their decision to ignore ICC warrants or any other eventuality, wont be subject to any serious challenge in the country. This is where the Bill turns to a behaviorial issue.

While morality cant be legislated on, behavior can be regulated. With judiciary and media, the only alternative powers available to citizens, being crippled, aggreived citizens would soon be left under the mercy of dangerous political operatives. Kenyans MUST certainly realize PHASE ONE dictatorship is quickly taking shape. Thats because were jubilee guys sincere, they would start with MOST pressing issues. And MPs cant pretend to be our moral leaders. After all, some of them are against the media because they were reported to have engaged in thievery, illegal fathering of children and other even worse criminal conducts!!!!

  2. “The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.”Malcolm X
