A British fire service is urging lovers to “keep keys to hand” when using handcuffs as sex toys

fire brigadeBritish fire service London Fire Brigade has urged loved-up pairs to think carefully about how they use kinky sex toys, especially handcuffs.

The London Fire Brigade warned couples about how they use such items when they engage in sexual activity and to make sure they “keep the keys to hand” while chaining each other up with handcuffs in order to avoid the embarrassment of having to call out the emergency services.

Firefighter Dave Brown said: “I don’t know whether it’s the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ effect, but the number of incidents involving items like handcuffs seems to have gone up.

“I’m sure most people will be fifty shades of red when our crews arrive.”

The fire service also had to contend with more than 1,300 episodes of people getting their private parts getting stuck in household appliances, including manhoods getting trapped in toasters and hosepipes.
