Tatoos are in the news as Eva Longoria has almost has her back tattoo completely removed. While you’re not going to get a sailor emblazoned on your eyeball, some blind people do get permanent makeup there to make their eyes look more normal. Other painful spots for permanent makeup are the eyebrows and lips.
The pubic area
Tattoos down under are just about as painful as the lips because there are a lot of nerves that typically provide pleasure under different circumstances. If you’re determined to do this, ask the tattoo artist to use a numbing cream.
The top of the foot or ankle
Women like tattoos here. They look delicate and feminine and can be easily shown off by wearing sandals or going barefoot. But since there is so little fat here, be prepared to grit your teeth during the procedure.
Behind the ear

The rib cage
The thinner you are, the more painful it is. And this goes for both men and women.
