CS Magoha releases KCSE results after audience with President Kenyatta

Magoha had assured the candidates and the public at large that the results would be released before Christmas/FILE

NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 18 – Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha was set to release Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results Wednesday afternoon after briefing President Uhuru Kenyatta, officials said.

The function held at Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) headquarters in Nairobi got underway at 4pm.

The KCSE exams were concluded on November 27 and a total of 699,746 students sat for the exams.

The total number of examiners tasked with the marking of the scripts was 26,597.

Magoha had assured the candidates and the public at large that the results would be released before Christmas.
