ATHI River, Kenya Oct 24 – A form four student from Athi River High school who went missing on Sunday has been found murdered.
The student’s body was found dumped near the EPZ company in Athi River on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
“The body had injuries, hands tied and it seems like he was strangled to death,” said Athi River police chief Samuel Mukuuzi.
He said the family had reported the student missing on Sunday after church.
An investigation has been launched to establish circumstances under which he was killed, with a hunt for the suspects.
