NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 22- The Public Service Commission(PSC) will on Tuesday launch its Strategic Plan for 2019-2024 financial years and unveil a new logo.
In a statement, Director of Communication Browne Kutswa said the plan will be the second one to be launched by the Commission after the promulgation of the current Constitution in 2010.
The strategy focuses on reorienting the public service delivery strategy to place citizens at the centre of service delivery, he said.
It will entail the provision of prompt, timely, affordable, transparent, accountable, impartial and equitable services to Kenyans.
“It will be implemented under the stewardship of the current Commission which took office in January this year under the Chairmanship of Stephen Kirogo. The strategy focuses on reorienting the public service delivery strategy to place the citizen at the centre of service delivery. The citizen-centric approach to service delivery will entail provision of prompt, timely, affordable, transparent, accountable, impartial and equitable services to Kenyans,” he stated.
