NAIROBI, Kenya, May 4 – Two suspects connected to the killing of a 20-year-old woman in Buruburu, Nairobi have been arrested by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
Through its Twitter account, the DCI stated that the suspects were arrested with two phones reportedly stolen from her.
It further points out that the girl had been stabbed on the neck on that fateful night.
A forensic analysis is set to be conducted on the phones and other items found at the scene, as further investigations continue.
“@DCI_Kenya Detectives investigating the case have launched further investigations, including carrying out a Forensic Analysis of the Phones & other items found at the scene of crime to establish the Truth. The suspects are in lawful custody awaiting arraignment in court on Monday.”
