, NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 9 – Migori Governor Okoth Obado will now freely move within Homabay County following a High Court decision to review bail terms restraining him from moving outside a 20km radius within the County.

Trial judge Jessie Lesiit has allowed the governor to travel and transit within the said County.

While being freed on bail for the murder of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno and her unborn baby, the governor was denied entry to the County since most of the witnesses come from there.
