NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 25 – Police are investigating an incident in which the body of a 10-month-old baby was found Wednesday night dumped within the Kenya Meteorological department compound in Dagoretti area, Nairobi.
According to Nairobi Police boss Joseph Ole Tito, “the boy seems to have been strangled and hit with an object on the head.”
He stated that officers were called and informed of the incident long after it had happened.
He stated that investigations are ongoing into the incident.
