Guards accused of bludgeoning Nyali banker to death for relieving himself charged

, MOMBASA, Kenya, Feb 1 – Two security guards have been charged with the murder of Nyali banker  David Wokabi who was  brutally murdered for allegedly relieving  himself at undesignated place within Nyali Center last month.

The two pleaded not guilty to the charges before high court Judge Dora Chepkwony.

Said Mwalungo and Hamisi Hare will be detained for seven days  awaiting determination of their bond application.

Wokabi succumbed to multiple head and neck injuries at the Aga Khan’s intensive care unit on January 13.

Three other Solvit Security firm guards are still on the run.
