It is alleged that on the 10th of August this year at Moyale Township within Nairobi County, Ali Elema Wario was found to be an accomplice of the man who was shot dead after he attacked DP’s up country home.

He faces a second count for being in the country illegally after he was found without a valid pass, permit or visa authorizing him to remain in Kenya.
