Campaigns sputter along as battle over management of Oct 17 poll rages

, NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 8 – President Uhuru Kenyatta will Friday take his campaigns to Kericho and Nakuru counties, with rallies scheduled in Kapkatet and Naivasha towns respectively.

The President will wrap up the first round of his campaign blitz with a rally in Nairobi Saturday, after similar ones in Kimilili, West Pokot and Uasin Gishu county.

Deputy President William Ruto on Thursday campaigned in West Pokot.

NASA leaders led by Raila Odinga are on the other hand scheduled to hold rallies in Machakos after taking a break following rallies in Kisii and Nyamira Counties.
