According to a statement, Obado and Ayacko should present themselves before the committee following escalating violence that has left more than 30 people believed to be his supporters injured as they left a NASA Campaign Rally last Friday.

Gumbo on his part is expected to appear alongside officials from his former party ODM following the chaos that disrupted a campaign rally attended by NASA Presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga after youths allied to ODM and Independents clashed.

Rarieda Parliamentary seat constituency Independent Candidate Augustine Netto risks being disqualified from participating in the August 8 contest if he fails to pay a Sh250,000 fine imposed on him for using ODM colours on his campaign posters.
