KITUI, Kenya, Jun 26 – Wiper leader and National Super Alliance co-principal Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has defended Minority leader and Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze for his utterances on his political stand that  caused a lot of heat in Ukambani and Kenyan politics.

Speaking in Kabati, Kitui County, Kalonzo said Nyenze has been and remains his right hand man and whatever Nyenze speaks, is the voice of Kalonzo.

Speaking at the same event, Nyenze confirmed that he remains a Wiper Democratic Movement member and claimed he’d been misquoted on several political issues.

Most recently, Nyenze was seen to have abandoned Kalonzo’s camp for the Jubilee Party.

Meanwhile Kalonzo received a hostile reception when he urged area residents to re-elect his party candidate Julius Malombe as governor.

In response to which his audience shouted, “mama, mama…” in support of former CS Charity Ngilu’s bid against Malombe’s.
