NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 30 – Police in Homa Bay have issued summons to Homa Bay Town MP Opondo Kaluma and an aspirant Washington Ogaga to record a statement following their public fight on Sunday.

Homa Bay County Commander John Omusanga says they have launched investigations with a view of arraigning the two before a court of law.

The police boss has asked the two leaders to present themselves before CID officers in Homa Bay town latest Thursday.

The legislator and Ogaga fought at the Homa Bay stadium where CORD leader Raila Odinga was launching ID and voters registration drive, after attending the memorial service for the late Senator Otieno Kajwang.

“We have enough evidence that can warrant us to take them to court and charge them,” he said.
