NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 25 – Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission detectives were on Friday morning on the hunt for Former National Youth Service boss Adan Harakhe and former tender committee chairman in the Ministry of Devolution Hassan Noor with the intent of arresting and arraigning them in court to answer to charges relating to dubious dealings at the NYS.
Former Principal Secretary Peter Mangiti was also arrested for the second time over suspect payment clearances at the NYS and once again arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts.
