According to the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC), Sudi’s Diploma Certificate in Business Management and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education certificate were forged/FILE
NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 6 – Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has denied using forged academic papers when he was seeking nomination during the 2013 elections.
Appearing at the Milimani Law Courts, he also denied that he provided false information and making false declarations to public officers.
He has been released on a 300,000 cash bail pending trial.
According to the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC), Sudi’s Diploma Certificate in Business Management and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education certificate were forged.
