The legislator has been accused of facilitating the employment of Evelyn Achieng Osogo as a research assistant at Ruaraka constituency and also as a personal assistant by the Parliamentary Service Commission.
The anti-graft body further wants Achieng to be charged with unlawful acquisition of public property.
EACC also want the head of Treasury Department in Isiolo County Humphrey Maina and four others charged with various criminal offences over irregular procurement of works on rehabilitation of Baraza Park by Isiolo County Government.
Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko says he has received the files for an independent evaluation.
EACC has also recommended the file against the former Permanent Secretary Ministry of Home Affairs Dr Ludeki Chweya closed.
The inquiry was into allegations that Dr. Ludeki Chweya the former Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Vice President and Ministry of Home Affairs embezzled Sh116 million meant for construction of prison houses by the Ministry of Housing.
EACC recommends that file be closed for lack of evidence of criminal culpability.
