“The Chinese Visa Application Service Facility (CVASF) in Nairobi will open on 15 October 2015. All ordinary passport holders wishing to visit the mainland of China are requested to apply for visas at CVASF. Those who have appointment to submit visa applications from 15 to 31 October, please go to CVASF with printed appointment slip to apply for Chinese visas,” the Chinese Embassy announced on its website Friday.

There will be a test run from Monday October 12 to 14 during which applicants will pay no Visa processing fees.
