The man whose real name is James Mugo Ndichu, was presented before Senior Principal Magistrate Charity Oluoch Friday morning following his arrest in Limuru on Thursday.
In their application, police indicated that they had not completed their investigations and needed 30 days because he was detained on Thursday after a weeklong manhunt.
Police were granted 14 days after Mugo’s lawyer protested that the 30 days sought by the prosecution was too much.
